ABOUT THE ACADEMY
Inspire Academy of Dance was founded in 2011 by Joanna Mortimer
with only a handful of students. The academy is now over 13 years old and spreads the love of dance to more than 800 children every week.

Over the last 13 years Inspire Academy of Dance has grown to over 800 students dancing and performing in over 7 different locations including our own Dance Studio in Copthorne.
We know that not every dancer will turn their love of the art form into a career, but every one of them will take the lessons they have learned in their training, choreography and performance to improve their quality of their life.

Children &
Adult Classes
From Ballet to Contemporary to Tap and Modern. We have classes from 2 years to adult - no previous experience needed.
Birthday Parties & Holiday Clubs
Alongside our timetable of classes, we also offer birthday parties and holiday clubs during school holidays and half terms.
Most of our classes follow the ISTD syllabus – one of the most prestigious dance exam syllabus there is. The classes that follow the ISTD syllabus include our Ballet, Tap and Modern Classes.
We are pleased to offer all new students a free trial class before they enrol as we know how important it is for a child to feel comfortable in their environment so that they can enjoy themselves and flourish.
