What kind of activities do you do?
Our holiday camps are packed with fun, creative activities to keep children entertained throughout the day! Depending on the camp theme, activities may include:

How much do the holiday camps cost?
Our holiday camp prices vary depending on the camp and any special offers available.
Please check the booking page for the latest prices and availability.
What should my child wear?
Children should wear comfortable clothing and footwear that they can easily move around in.
Leggings, tracksuit bottoms, shorts and a t-shirt are ideal.
Please also bring:

A coat or waterproof jacket (in the colder months)

A sun hat and sun cream during warmer weather (Summer)

A change of clothes, just in case!
Does my child need to bring a packed lunch?
Yes, please bring a packed lunch, snacks and plenty of drinks to keep your child hydrated throughout the day. We do not provide lunch, unless your child is attending through a HAF-funded place.
Juice and biscuits are provided during morning and afternoon breaks.
Who runs the holiday camps?
Our fantastic team of camp leaders and assistants deliver our holiday camps.
Our team are passionate about working with children and creating fun, welcoming experiences.
All camp staff are enhanced DBS checked, first aid trained and covered by public liability insurance.
Do you accept HAF or childcare vouchers?
We offer a limited number of HAF-funded spaces at selected holiday camps for eligible families.
Spaces are limited and can fill quickly, so we recommend booking early.
We also accept Tax-Free Childcare payments. Please contact us if you need help with booking or payment.
How do I book a holiday camp?
Booking your child's place is easy! Simply select your preferred camp and date, then follow the booking instructions.
We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment, as some camps can sell out.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Refund & Cancellation Policy
More than 2 weeks before the event:
You can receive a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee. Alternatively, you can transfer your booking to another date at no additional cost.
Between 2 weeks and 1 week before the event:
You will receive a 50% refund of your original booking fee. Transfers may still be possible, so please contact us to discuss your options.
Less than 1 week before the event:
If you cancel your booking less than one week before the event, no refund will be provided. However, as a gesture of goodwill, you may request to transfer your booking to another available event/day, subject to availability.
Less than 48 hours before the event:
If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the event, no refund or transfer will be available.
